Q14: Do you ship outside the USA?
No – only US addresses (including Alaska, Hawaii – remote surcharges may apply). No P.O. boxes, APO/FPO, or territories.
Q15: What if my item arrives damaged?
Take photos and contact us within 48 hours. Do not assemble. We will replace or refund.
