30-Day Return Window
Returns or exchanges accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions

  • Items must be unassembled, in original boxes, with all parts, hardware, and manuals.

  • Assembled furniture cannot be returned unless defective.

  • No scratches, stains, or damage to any parts.

Defective or Wrong Items
Contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will replace or refund fully. For missing parts, we ship replacements free.

Non-Quality Returns
You pay return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. A restocking fee (15‑20%) may apply for large items – stated at checkout.

Exchange Process

  1. Contact customer service with order number and reason.

  2. We provide return instructions (freight pickup for large items).

  3. Repackage securely.

  4. After inspection, new item ships within 5–7 business days.

Refund Timing
5–10 business days after we receive the return.
